Lately I’ve been doing a little research on nutrition and I’ve found that when eating meals with meat and vegetables, our bodies are evolving to not take meat in as quickly, so while the body works extremely hard to process the meat (especially red meat), it misses out on taking in on the nutrients from the vegetables!
While I am vegetarian, I know that that lifestyle isn’t for everyone. However, if you want to eat meat and still be nutritious, I recommend that you separate your intake of meat and vegetables. For example, when you come home from school or work, or just want a quick snack, eat some raw vegetables such as carrots, snap peas, or even edemame. Anything you like is fair game!
And when you have dinner, eat that meat alone. This is something a lot of nutritionists do daily, and it’s a tip that will help you get all your nutrients in!
This is also a good way to get in your 6 or 7 small meals a day instead of your 2 or 3 large ones.

hope that helps! it’s an interview with a health expert that I found! :)
mmmm I love mashed potatoes! and salmon is EXCELLENT for your health! Kudos to you, I eat salmon because I force myself to eat it because I know how good it is for your body but if I let myself go I would not eat salmon (sorry mini commentary :P) but anyways, I think you made an excellent choice! and added vegetables is always a good thing and you can;t get anything negative out of doing that :)
yeah! I’ll keep that in mind and do that in the near future! :) Thank you for the suggestion xoxo :)
ok, I’m totally going off an internet article that I saw but supposedly if you take Vitamin E it’s always supposed to help! and one time my friend accidently yanked out her eyelashes because she was using an eyelash curler and she used a cream she found in walgreens that helped eyelash growth and it actually helped! but I mean, the fastest thing to do is wear fakes, I’m sure your eyelashes are perfect the way they are though :)
